About your domain name
We believe customers should always retain 100% legal ownership of their digital brand identity. Therefore, your domain (e.g. yourbusiness.in) is purchased separately under your own registrar account (GoDaddy, Hostinger, Namecheap, etc.). If you don't have one yet, message us and we will guide you step-by-step on selecting and purchasing it at standard registrar prices.

Yes, the cost works out to ₹499 per month equivalent. To keep the service sustainable, high-performing, and free from separate setup charges, it is billed as a single annual payment of ₹5,988 per year.
Do I pay monthly or annually?
Payment is made annually upfront (₹5,988 per year). We do not lock you into multi-year contracts, and there are no hidden monthly maintenance fees.
Is website development included?
Yes. There is zero separate development charge. We adapt your chosen template design, organize up to 5 pages with your text, logo, photos, and contact info, and set up your cloud hosting.
How many pages do I receive?
You receive up to 5 complete, professionally structured pages. Popular combinations include Home, About, Services/Products, Photo Gallery/Projects, and Contact & Location.
Can I select a design?
Yes. You can browse our collection of industry designs and pick the one that matches your business. We then tailor the typography, color scheme, content, and imagery to your exact requirements.
Can I update the website myself?
No. To ensure maximum speed, security, and 99.9% uptime with zero plugin vulnerabilities, our websites do not use a complex, customer-editable content management dashboard. Instead, our team handles all technical maintenance and updates for you.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Pre-launch, we provide 1 comprehensive review round to make initial text, image, and styling corrections. After launch, content updates are available at a transparent rate of ₹199 per request for up to 5 minor changes (like updating a phone number, address, price, or photo).
Do I need to purchase my own domain?
Yes. Domain names (like yourbusiness.in or yourbusiness.com) are purchased separately under your own registrar account (such as GoDaddy, Hostinger, or Namecheap) so that you always retain 100% legal ownership of your web address. We assist you in connecting it to our servers.
Is hosting included?
Yes. High-speed cloud hosting on Cloudflare's edge network and an automatic SSL security certificate (the HTTPS padlock) are fully included for the entire subscription year.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every design is built mobile-first and thoroughly tested to adapt seamlessly to smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Does the website include a WhatsApp enquiry button?
Yes. We integrate direct WhatsApp click-to-chat buttons and tap-to-call links across your website so your customers can reach you immediately.
Can I get an email contact form?
At launch, our websites feature direct WhatsApp, telephone, and email links (`mailto:`) for direct customer communication. Custom server forms and third-party CRM integrations can be quoted separately if needed.
What happens if I don't renew?
If you decide not to renew at the end of your 12-month period, hosting services will simply expire. Because you own your domain and all submitted business content, you are free to migrate or take your domain anywhere without penalty.
Who owns my domain and business content?
You retain 100% ownership of your domain name, business name, logo, text, and images. Atgler claims no ownership over your intellectual property.
Can I upgrade to a larger or editable website later?
Yes. Because Atgler India is an initiative by Atgler (our full-service web development team at atgler.com), you can smoothly upgrade to a custom WordPress website, ecommerce store, or larger web application whenever your business scales.
