Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Atgler India (https://atgler.in). By subscribing to our website plan or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to ordering.

1. Service Scope & Deliverables

The standard Atgler India website package includes:

• Design adaptation of a chosen template for up to 5 predefined pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact).
• Placement of client-supplied logo, copy, contact information, photos, and WhatsApp integration.
• 12 months of cloud hosting on Cloudflare's edge network and SSL security certificate.
• 1 round of initial pre-launch review and content adjustments prior to live domain launch.
• Ongoing technical maintenance, hosting, and server uptime monitoring.

Exclusions: The plan does not include custom from-scratch programming, database backends, paid third-party software licenses, domain registration/renewal fees, customer-editable CMS dashboards, e-commerce cart development, or unlimited redesigns.

2. Pricing, Billing & Post-Launch Updates

The annual fee for the service is ₹5,988 (equivalent to ₹499/month), paid upfront annually. The service term runs for 365 days from the date of payment.

Content changes requested after live launch are billed at a flat rate of ₹199 per request for up to five minor edits (e.g. updating a phone number, address, price, or photo). Major structural revisions or additional pages are quoted separately upon request.

3. Domain Registration & Ownership

To ensure clients retain complete ownership of their digital brand identity, domain names (such as yourbusiness.in) must be registered by the client directly with a domain registrar. Atgler India will provide clear DNS guidance to link the domain to our cloud servers. Atgler India claims no ownership rights over your domain name.

4. Client Responsibilities & Content Rights

You warrant that all text, imagery, trademarks, and materials provided to Atgler India are owned by you or that you have proper authorization to use them. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content.

5. Revisions & Project Timelines

Once you submit your complete business information, we deliver an initial website draft within 3 to 5 business days. You are entitled to 1 round of pre-launch revisions to adjust text, images, and alignment within the selected template framework.

6. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew annually at the agreed service fee. You may cancel renewal at any time prior to the annual billing date. Upon non-renewal, website hosting will cease at the conclusion of the paid term.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
